It is a tutorial about multicolored radial background creating on Photoshop.Here I used some gradient color and apply the gradient as radial shape.Finally I apply "starburst" effect on that image with the help of "extrude"(simply go to Filter>stylize>extrude). 1) At first I have to create a new document(width-600px,Height-400px) and fill the document with green color.
2) Then I go to select brush tool(soft brush) and select foreground color.(foreground color is white) then click on background.
3) Now I go to select foreground color,foreground color is yellow then select brush tool and apply the brush on background.
4) Now foreground color is pink then apply the pink color on background with soft brush tool.
5) Now foreground color is red and apply the red color on background with brush tool.
6) Now foreground color is red and apply the blue color on background with brush tool.
7) Now I go to select background layer and then I go to Filter>Stylize>Extrude then adjust the box(size-5px,Depth-100,select render) then OK.
8) Now our lighting background is ready for use.
