2) Then fill the transparent layer with gradient color.
3)Now duplicate the models layer(shortcut-ctrl+J)adjust the image on the background layer.
4) Now select the two layers of model and then merge to a sigle layer(shortcut-ctrl+E)
5) Now select 2nd layer and 3rd layer and then merge two layers(shortcut-Ctrl+E)
6) Now adjust the model image on background with the help of lasso tool.
7) Now I go to select 2nd layer and create a layer mask and fill the mask with black color.
8) Then select top layer and create white mask.
9) Now I go to select 2nd mask(black) layer and select square brush and adjust the brush with brush panel.
10) Now I go to select dispersion effect with brush tool.
11) Now pixel explosion effect is ready for use.
